Nihat Uysal claimed the Top Challenge 2007 gold for Germany, giving the NIXED team its second straight title! It was another great year of tight racing in Montreal and everyone brought their game face, but The German Elvis proved to be the man to beat heat after heat.

David Legault was also very tough, winning all of his qualifiers and trucking through the finals. He came up a little short on claiming gold for Montreal, but did collect his second podium finish in the last three years at TC! Jonathan Raza, a Sports Plus favorite and Rosemere, Quebec resident, finally made a name for himself, claiming his first podium finish and the bronze bling! JM Sicotte of Montreal rebounded from his famous crash of 2006 to round out the Top 4. Western Canada and the US were shut out of the Top 4 despite great racing from Tom Whalen of Brownsfield, Maine and Aaron Enevoldsen of Calgary, Alberta.

Extra runs this year allowed all participants to get even more familiar with the course and each other, so look for even faster speeds and tighter racing in '08!
