It's typically 20 kph most days, but often will get up in the +50kph range. Riding surface at the blackstrap park is fields (lots of this), gravel roads, and we've located a couple of sweet paved runs that lead to the lake. In the winter it is an ideal spot to Kitewing with skates or ski/snowboard, as the lake is about a mile wide and several miles long.
